It was a bad experience staying at the Oakwood. The rooms were not impressive and - unbelievably- there was no hot water in the bathrooms! When the staff was asked, they advised us to ‘try turning the tap to the left’! As if we hadn’t tried it already... Finally brought a half bucket of hot water to the room- too little too late. On the whole an avoidable experience!
